So you just touched down at Orlando, jaded and totally zombied out. A baby two rows behind you wouldn’t stop crying and the two coffees you had on the airplane aren’t helping. What are you going to do? Walk around looking for a cabbie who won’t rip you off? Call an Uber so that someone driving as a side hustle can navigate to your destination using Waze? Or hop on to one of those airport shuttle busses that will take you to the city center but not really to your destination? Hey! It’s your money, and far be it from us to tell you how to spend it, but we’d wager that you’d be a lot more comfortable in the back of a chauffeured SUV that doesn’t cost all that much compared to the alternatives. Doesn’t the through of resting your weary eyes as you sit behind tinted glass sipping from your bottle of Perrier bring a smile to your face?
Let’s build on that thought, settle into a comfortable armchair, and look at some key Orlando destinations and how you can get to them from Orlando airport and vice versa by using the most professional Orlando airport transportation service.
We’ve got a lot packed into this place: Atlantis Space Shuttle Exhibit, the Shuttle Launch Experience, and the Astronaut Memorial. This, ladies and gentlemen, is an American monument. It’s an icon of what we accomplished as a nation, as a people. We put a man on the goddamn moon. Now are you really going to visit Orlando and not visit the Kennedy Space Center? That feels just as wrong as not petting a puppy. Who doesn’t pet puppies? Along the same line, who doesn’t like giant space thingies that propelled us all the way to the moon and back. We are going to take you to Kennedy Space Center, so help us God! And not only are we going to take you there, you’re going to enjoy your ride. Bring your friends and family along, folks, because you’re going to visit the adult version of Disney World.
It’s a landmark, an icon, a magical kingdom. Disney World is where reality meets imagination in a spectacular fashion. Now people tell you this destination is mostly for kids, but take it from the locals that Disney World is for kids aged 0 to 100. Hey! We’ve all got a child inside of us. You can ride the rides or just walk around as a flaneur, watching the world and people pass by. Restaurants, shops, cafes… Walt Disney World is a city within a city. They weren’t kidding when they said it’s a magical kingdom. Disney World seems to exist in a dimension of its own. You kind wonder where rest of the world disappeared when you step through the gates. And that’s the magic. The magic of being able to forget the world we’ve left behind and get truly lost in this immersive experience. Disney World is the kind of place you plan to visit in advance. If this is your first time here, we insist that you call our concierge desk and let our professional staff help you make the necessary travel arrangements. We can take care of airport transfers as well as your daily transportation needs from and to your hotel/resort.
Is there an amphibian in the crowd? You’re in luck. Paddleboard Orlando is a small shop on the private, spring-fed Lake Killarney. You can rent a paddleboat and hop into water within seconds. If you’re seeking an adrenaline rush, we can drive you to Extreme Jet Ski of Orlando. You can jet around in water feeling like James Bond or Lara Croft.
Everyone needs a break. You can awaken the zen within by visiting one of the many fabulous parks in Orlando. Central Park is one such lovely option where you can sit down with a steaming hot cup of earl grey and just meditate. It’s an oasis of peace, nestled within the hustle and bustle of Orlando. You can ponder over the dichotomous nature of life as you watch time flow around you as if you’re a rock in the middle of a river. If you like to walk as you think, Crane’s Roost Park is very popular with walkers. It has a lovely lake and very tropical ambience. Depending on time of the year, it is also home to food festivals, art festivals, concerts and even 4th of July fireworks. There are some incredible restaurants nearby if you’re feeling peckish after your walk.
If you’re interested in botanicals, Harry P. Leu Gardens are a wonderfully delightful way to spend a couple of hours, or even a full day. There’s also a very peaceful lake in the garden. You can sit on a bench and watch birds fly by or turtles swim through the water. You’ll find areas for butterflies, herbs and vegetables, arid plants and tropical plants, camelias, roses, and grand old trees with hanging Spanish moss. We don’t know what the hanging gardens of Babylon looked like, but Harry P. Leu Gardens certainly comes close. To sum it up, whatever your preference or requirements, Orlando welcomes you with open arms, and so does Elegance Transportation. We look forward to meeting you in Orlando this year.
